An introduction to me and my writing
Welcome!
I’m Kriselda Gray, also known as the Earthbound Valkyrie. I’m a middle-aged, married, disabled mom to 2 wonderful dogs. Politically I’m progressive and spiritually I’m Heathen. I write primarily about politics and pop culture, but my faith is a big part of who I am, and so occasionally I include my thoughts from the Heathen perspective as part of my commentary.
I’ve decided to start writing because I strongly believe we need every voice possible participating if we’re going to stop the creeping fascism that’s threatening our country. People need to know what’s going on, and we need to be able to see it for the threat it truly poses. Most importantly, we need to make our voices heard at the election booths, and the more we know about what’s happening, the more incentive we have to vote and the better choices we can make.
But I’m not totally obsessed with politics. I also have fun with a lot of what is available in pop culture, and enjoy being able to share my thoughts and perspectives on shows, books or events that are happening.
I hope that you’ll enjoy my writing, and that it will help inspire you to share your voice on important issues and motivate you to vote in every election. And I would love to hear your thoughts on what I’ve had to say, so please feel free to leave a reply to any posts you see here!
